Support coordination is capacity building support which helps you to make the best use of supports in your NDIS plan.
Support coordinators can:
- Help you to better understand and use your NDIS plan to work towards your goals.
- Connect you with NDIS providers, community groups, and services.
- Assist with building your confidence and skills to be able to use and coordinate your own supports.
- Work with you to ensure a mix of different supports are used to increase your ability to maintain relationships with others, achieve tasks, live more independently, and be present in your community.
Get Readii Group currently has one level 2 support coordinator, who is extremely dedicated to providing exceptional care to our participants and helping them make the most of their NDIS plans.
Support coordination is included in the 'Capacity Building' budget of your NDIS plan and it is a fixed amount which a support coordinator will use to help you utilise your plan.
