When you request a spot at a GRG Connect event, book a provider table, or otherwise get in touch through this website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation name, job role, and any other details you provide in a form (including our RSVP request form). If you purchase a table, our payment and ticketing providers (Eventbrite, Humanitix, and Square) also collect payment-related information directly — we do not see or store your card details. We also use website analytics and advertising tools (including Meta/Facebook Pixel) that may collect technical information such as your IP address and browsing behaviour on our site.
How we use it
We use this information to process your RSVP or table booking, communicate with you about GRG Connect events (including bump-in details, schedule changes and future event invitations), maintain our records of confirmed coordinators and providers, and improve and market our events, including through targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information with the third-party platforms that support our events — Eventbrite, Humanitix, Square, JotForm, GoDaddy (website hosting and bookings), and Meta/Facebook (advertising) — solely for the purposes of running these platforms and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
