Founded in 2020, Get Readii Group has been serving the local community for a short time, however our founder has been in the industry for many years.
Starting in aged care, and then moving onto mental health services, our founder has a passion for helping the community and providing holistic care to those in need.

Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom STA home offers a safe and comfortable space for participants to practice daily living skills in a new environment.
Perfect for Allied Health Professionals; including EPs, DBTs, and OTs, to book and host sessions.

Recovery Coaching
A recovery coach is an NDIS funded worker that has mental health knowledge. Our recovery coaches can spend time with you and your loved ones to get to know you and understand your needs. They can help you find different services and tell you how these may be of benefit to you. They can connect you with mental health services, and help you to better understand the NDIS. Our recovery coaches come with lived experience and are able to use this to inform their practice.

We have many support workers, so we can find the right fit for you. They are here to assist you with activities of daily living, community access, building skills, assisting with travel and much more.

Day Trips/STA
Short-term accomodation (STA) and day trips are one of the many services we offer. Your STA will be tailored to your individual wants and needs. You are able to choose where you go, choose from a list of activities and experiences, and we will support you through the entire process. STAs are available for anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, or alternatively, you can always choose to just do a day trip somewhere.
